Sodalitas Rosae Crucis et Solis Alati é uma Ordem mágica e alquímica. O nome é na verdade o nome de duas Ordens: a primeira, Sodalitas Rosae Crucis (S.R.C.) significa “A Sociedade Secreta da Rosa Cruz” e a segunda, Sodalitas Solis Alati (S.S.A.), que significa “A Sociedade Secreta so Sol Alado”. In addition to the traditional teachings of the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn, the S.R.C. & S.A. also integrates the initiations and mystical work of Gnosticism and Christian theurgy as well as the alchemical work of the Royal Path. According to the Order's website, the Order does not teach or practice Martinism but maintains friendly relations with Martinists.

Leadership

According to the Order's website, the Order is led by a Grand Council of the College of the Adepti. The College is composed of all members who have attained the 5°=6° grade, and this College appoints 3 members to operate each Temple for a one year period.
